
Susan Sandrah Kyaligonza
Administrator
Susan is the Administrator at Atacama Consulting Foundation. Her core competencies are in Project Management, Human Resource Management, Business Organization, and Procurement.
She has previously contributed to numerous assignments in different capacities at Atacama Consulting some of which include; Project Coordinator for the Watercourse Sampling and Reserved Species/Protected Trees Survey, for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline EACOP project, and the Strategic Environment Assessment (SEA) for the National Oil Palm Project (NOPP) in Mayuge, Masaka, Buvuma, Mukono districts. She was the Logistics and Administration Manager for the update of an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Report, Resettlement Action Plan, and Livelihood Restoration Plan for the Kampala-Jinja Expressway PPP Project, for the Uganda National Roads Authority. In addition, she was the Coordinator and administrative support for the data entry exercise and the Socio-economic Baseline Survey and Stakeholder Engagement for the Makuutu Rare Earth Project for Rwenzori Rare Metals. Susan participated in the Environmental Audit for the Operations and Maintenance Phase of the Tororo Solar North Project (10MW) for the Tororo Solar North Limited, and the Environmental, Social, Health, and Safety (ESHS) compliance audit for the Bulima-Kabwoya Road Development Project for Uganda National Roads Authority, among others.
Susan holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from UNICAF University, Zambia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts in Social Sciences from Makerere University. She is a registered member of the Institute of Administrative Management Professionals.
Outside of her professional work, Susan is a Rotarian and currently serves as the Vice President of the Rotary Club of Kyadondo, and previously served as the Secretary for the 2022/2023 Board. Additionally, she is the treasurer of the Atacama Consulting Springfall Sacco group and belongs to the Kampala Hash House Harriers (KH3), a cooperate fitness group across the globe.
