University Scholarship Programme
Atacama Consulting Foundation (ACF) is a social impact arm of Atacama Consulting that provides scholarships to academically gifted but financially constrained Ugandan undergraduate students pursuing degrees in Environmental Studies. By investing in education and nurturing future environmental leaders, ACF alleviates financial obstacles and empowers students to drive sustainable solutions, protect ecosystems, and address pressing environmental challenges. This support not only transforms individual lives but also strengthens communities and fosters a more equitable, environmentally conscious society.
OUR PARTNER UNIVERSITIES AND COURSES OFFERED.
Currently, the Foundation is providing scholarships to Ugandan undergraduate students in partnership with the following universities and disciplines of study.
- Bachelor of Science in Forestry, Makerere University.
- Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Environmental Management, Ndejje University.
- Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Natural Resource Management, Gulu University.
- Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Economics, Busitema University.
- Bachelor of Environmental Design, Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi.
- Bachelor of Environmental Science Technology and Management, Kyambogo University.
Scholarship Coverage
Tuition and Functional Fees
Eligibility
- Ugandan National
- Second Year Onwards
- Minimum CGPA of 2.8
- Below 25 years of age
- Not on any scholarship
- Demonstrate need for scholarship
- Pursuing specific environmental courses within our Partner Universities.
HOW TO APPLY?

- Incomplete applications, incorrectly filled forms, or those missing necessary supporting documents will not be considered.
- The Foundation reserves the right to check and verify any information provided by the applicant and to reject any application.
- Any form of canvassing leads to immediate disqualification.

- No payment should be made by the applicant at any stage of the application process.
- The Foundation does not bear responsibility for any fraudulent activities committed by individuals external to its operations.
- The Foundation reserves the right to select students at its discretion and is not obligated to accept applicants from any specific University or student.
- Selection criteria may vary based on program requirements, availability, and the Foundation’s goals.
- All decisions regarding student acceptance are final and at the sole discretion of the Foundation.
