
Cliff Mukasa
Programs Coordinator
Cliff Mukasa is the Programs Coordinator at Atacama Consulting Foundation. He oversees all programs, ensuring they are strategic, meaningful, and well-aligned with the Foundation’s vision and mission. With close to 10 years of project management experience, Cliff previously worked as a Project Coordinator for the environmental and social consultancy arm of Atacama. In this role, he supported project planning, progress monitoring, operational management, and stakeholder outreach.
Cliff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Makerere University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Management Studies at Uganda Management Institute. Throughout his career, Cliff has worked closely with communities all around Uganda, and his experiences with them inspire his passion to continue making a difference.
