The Foundation operates within four broad areas:
- (i) Poverty Alleviation: Supporting underprivileged communities;
- (ii) Sustainable Initiatives: Promoting renewable energy, green technology, and natural resource ecosystem restoration;
- (iii) Raising Awareness: Educating the public on emerging sustainable development initiatives, and
- (iv) Environmental and Social Solutions: Providing solutions and services centred on environmental and social needs.
Within these areas, the Foundation has identified specific sub-themes:
a) Education
Goal: To empower students from disadvantaged backgrounds to access quality education.
Main Objective: Provide scholarships to academically gifted but financially constrained students pursuing higher education in environmental fields.
b) Waste Management
Goal: Support waste management initiatives to improve the quality of life for local communities, and enhance environmental sustainability.
Main Objective: Empower communities to adopt sustainable waste management practices.
c) Community Based Natural Resource Management (CBNRM)
Goal: Improve natural resource governance at community Level.
Main Objective: Increase tree cover in degraded areas.
d) Health
Goal: Improved service delivery through electrification of rural health centers.
Main Objective: Provide reliable and sustainable solar power to rural health centers, that lack or have no access to electricity.
