Pouline Nabukenya serves as a Partnerships and Impact Associate at Atacama Consulting Foundation where she plays the role of monitoring, evaluating, and communicating the impact of the Foundation’s programs and initiatives. With a professional background in Records Management and a strong focus on information management, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork, Pouline brings a comprehensive skill set to her role.

Pouline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Records and Archives Management from Makerere University, laying a solid foundation for her career in data and information management.

Pouline has a 7 years’ experience in data management including exceptional skills in data collection, data clean-up, and effective communication of results She began her journey at Atacama Consulting as a Data Clerk Level 4 in 2018 and later transitioned into Data Analyst in 2022. She was also responsible for overseeing the data systems, dispatch of documents and reporting frameworks, guaranteeing the integrity and accuracy of data.

Pouline also participated in community engagements with the project affected Persons on the Tilenga Project while she carried out field works. Her interaction with the community made her a critical person to the Organization hence fostering valuable relationship.

With a combination of education, experience, and dedication, Pouline desire is to engage more in the Circular Economy Waste Management Component of the Foundation Programs.
