Loyce Aturinda is a Business Development Associate at Atacama Consulting Foundation., She is responsible for leading the development of grant proposals and concept notes, as well as monitoring funding trends and donor priorities relevant to the Foundation’s mission and focus areas.

Loyce has a strong background in project management, business development, and data management. She holds Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Implementation from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies with Education from Kyambogo University.

She has previously served as a Regional Business Development Associate at Atacama Consulting, responsible for the Central and Western regions, where she demonstrated excellence. Before that she served as a Data Clerk Level II, on the Tilenga Project, working on Resettlement Action Plans for five years. In this role, she acquired skills in data quality assurance, report generation, data analysis, documentation and filing, data compliance and confidentiality, and collaboration with teams and project community-affected persons.

Loyce is deeply interested in community engagements and environmental sustainability initiatives, actively participating in resource mobilization and event planning. She brings a wealth of innovative skills and expertise to the Foundation, excelling in strategic planning, problem-solving, and building strong client relationships. Her dedication to excellence and her ability to implement effective strategies significantly contribute to the Foundation’s mission and objectives
