Jackline Nantongo is a Policy/Research Associate at Atacama Consulting Foundation where she conducts thorough research and analysis on relevant policy issues related to the Foundation’s mission and focus areas. She is a development practitioner by profession and has a strong background in data Management, Research, Community Engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development studies from Makerere University.

Jackline has 5 years’ experience in the field, including working as a Senior Data Clerk and Data Analyst at Atacama Consulting, where she handled various data tasks including large scale data entry, aggregating and reporting on findings, digital file management, encoding, and analysis. She also participated in Tilenga project monitoring and Evaluation surveys. Her attention to detail and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Access and Excel are her key strengths.

In addition to the above skills, she is a great team player and collaborator. Her adaptability, flexibility and effective problem-solving skills make her a valuable team member to the organization.

Her main areas of interest include empowering communities through the involvement in educational, healthcare, and sustainable initiatives within the environmental space. Her dedication to community services includes working on projects that aim to reduce poverty and preserve natural resources for future generations. Jackline’s passion for supporting community development reflects her commitment to making a positive impact.
