Mwima Isaac is a Strategic Initiatives Associate at Atacama Consulting Foundation in Kampala, Uganda and he is critical in driving organizational growth and success by identifying, planning, and executing strategic initiatives that align with the Foundation’s goals and objectives.

Isaac has a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Information Technology from Uganda Christian University and over five (5) years’ experience in Data Management and Information Systems, most of which were gained at Atacama Consulting as a Database Administrator from 2022 to 2023, and as a Data Analyst from 2019 to 2021 on the Tilenga Project under the Social and Resettlement Services Program; a land acquisition program that entailed conducting Environmental and social impact assessments (ESIAs), a complete survey of the land and crops, monetary compensation and/or compensation in-kind of the Project Affected Persons (PAPs) carried out in compliance with International Finance Corporation (IFC) performance standards.

Isaac’ professional ethos is defined by a high degree of motivation and an unwavering attention to detail, which empowers him to identify and rectify inefficiencies within data workflows.

His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated through his active involvement in community and development projects, as well as communication standing as one of his key strengths, fostering seamless collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
